Corn starch wastewater treatment technologyCorn starch wastewater treatment technology
Corn starch wastewater is the industrial wastewater produced by corn agricultural products as raw materials, starch processing or deep processing (starch sugar, glucose, starch derivatives, etc.), mainly including intermediate product washing water, equipment washing water, raw material soaking water, etc. Its main pollution factors are COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen and phosphate. The content of organic matter in the wastewater is high, the COD concentration is generally above 8000 mg/L, and contains relatively high nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients. The ratio of BOD to COD is high, and the biodegradability is good.
Product IntroductionCorn starch wastewater treatment technology
According to the wastewater quality and discharge requirements, our company adopts the “pretreatment + hydrolysis + anaerobic + aerobic” treatment process. After treatment, the effluent can reach the following indicators: CODcr≤100mg/l, BOD5≤30mg/l, SS≤20mg/l, NH3-N≤15mg/l, TN≤25mg/l, TP≤1.0mg/l.
