Landfill Leachate Treatment System
As a supporting project of the domestic waste incineration power generation process, the wastewater treated by the leachate treatment station includes leachate collected from the garbage storage pit, floor and garbage vehicle washing wastewater, and sometimes domestic sewage is also treated together. The treatment process is mostly a combination process of biochemistry and physicochemistry, and the commonly used process is a combination of two-phase anaerobic tank, A/O, MBR, and nanofiltration (NF).
The leachate in the garbage storage pit is collected into the leachate collection tank at the bottom, and is pressurized by the water pump into the coagulation sedimentation tank for pretreatment to remove larger suspended particles. The pretreated sewage enters the regulating tank to adjust the water quality and water quantity, and then is treated by two-phase anaerobic tank, A/O tank, MBR treatment device, nanofiltration (NF) device and other process units, and the wastewater treatment reaches the level of sewage The pipeline standard is then connected to the local sewage treatment plant for centralized treatment.
The sludge generated by the two-phase anaerobic tank, A/O tank, MBR treatment device, nanofiltration (NF) device and other units enters the sludge thickening tank together for further mud-water separation, and the concentrated sludge is sent to the centrifugal sewage under pressure. The sludge dewatering machine dewaters, the supernatant of the sludge thickening tank and the waste liquid produced by the dehydrating machine are returned to the regulating tank for reprocessing, and the mud cake produced by the centrifugal sludge dewatering machine is transported to the incinerator in the plant for incineration.
The collection pool and anaerobic pool of the leachate treatment station shall be covered with facilities to prevent odor leakage, and the odor gas generated during the leachate treatment process shall be discharged up to the standard after being treated by the deodorization device.
