The lime slurry injected into the rotary atomizer is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force, forming a mist and acid-base neutralization reaction with the acid gas in the flue gas.

Due to the low level of classification of domestic waste and household waste, the concentration of leachate is high, the composition is complex, and the treatment is difficult. However, after the continuous development and improvement of domestic technology in recent years, a relatively mature and reliable leachate treatment process has finally been formed.
In this process flow, since both nanofiltration and reverse osmosis are membrane filtration, about 35% leachate concentrate will be produced during the treatment process, because the leachate concentrate contains Ca+, Mg+, Al+, Cl- plasma is very high Liquid, cannot be reused as industrial water. Nor can it be expelled.
For landfill leachate treatment, there are no standards and corresponding clear methods. In multi-project environmental assessment reports, there are often two ways to eliminate: one is to spray back into the incinerator, and the other is to pump lime slurry as slurry. For the first method, it will cause corrosion of the heating surface of the water wall of the boiler, and the long-term use of this method to absorb leachate thick liquid will definitely affect the life of the heating surface of the boiler.
Therefore, most garbage power plants adopt the second method: pump the concentrated liquid to the lime pulping system as water for lime pulping, but the concentrated liquid contains Ca+, Mg+, Al+, Cl- plasma, which will affect the acid removal of lime slurry (We have done a test in the garbage power plant, read the flue gas online to measure the data of SO2, SO3, HCl in the flue gas in the lime slurry without the concentrated liquid, and then mix the concentrated liquid with the lime slurry solution.
