The incinerator is applied to the world’s third-generation gas-controlled solid waste thermal decomposition treatment technology (CAPS), which can effectively reduce the toxic gas produced by incineration.
1. Garbage bin structure
Garbage is transported by car to the treatment plant and then poured into the garbage bin. Garbage newly entered into the warehouse can be burned in the furnace after being stored in the warehouse for 3 days. When the garbage is stored in the warehouse, it is fermented and the percolation water is discharged, which can increase the calorific value of the garbage entering the furnace, and make the garbage easy to catch fire. In the warehouse, use the grab bucket of the crane to send the garbage to the hopper in front of the furnace.
2. Grate structure
The waste incinerator is a reciprocating, forward push, multi-stage mechanical grate incinerator. The incinerator is composed of a feeder and 8 combustion grate units, including a two-stage grate in the drying section, a four-stage grate in the gasification combustion section and a two-stage grate in the burnout section. The temperature in the incinerator is controlled within 700°C. The burnt waste leaves the incinerator from the last grate and falls into the ash chute.
Feeders and Fire Doors
The feeder pushes the garbage falling into the hopper into the combustion chamber from the front of the fire door through the feeder (Loading Ram). The feeder is only responsible for feeding materials, does not provide combustion air, and is isolated from the combustion area by a fire door. The fire door remains closed when the feeder is retracted. Closing the fire door can isolate the furnace from the outside world and maintain negative pressure in the furnace. At the same time, there is a temperature measuring point at the entrance of the combustion chamber. When the temperature of the garbage at the entrance of the combustion chamber is too high, the solenoid valve will control the sprayer behind the fire door to spray water to prevent the garbage on the feeding chute from igniting the garbage in the hopper when the fire door is opened.
