Treatment technology of soybean protein isolate wastewaterDescription
The production process of soybean protein isolate mainly includes alkali-solution, acid-isolation and centrifugation, among which the centrifugation stage produces a large amount of whey wastewater, which is the main link to produce pollution sources. Workshop cleaning pipe water, tank cleaning water, are also link to produce pollution. In addition, the occasional power failure or steam loss caused by bad protein can also produce pollution. This kind of wastewater is rich in organic nitrogen and organophosphorus, and has good biodegradability. It is easy to hydrolysis, acidification and alkylation fermentation under anaerobic conditions.
Product IntroductionMain steps
According to the characteristics of the wastewater, our company designed the wastewater discharged from the workshop to first pass through the oil separation sedimentation tank, the sediment in the wastewater of soybean protein separation will be deposited, most of the oil and suspended solids will be isolated, the effluent will flow into the regulating tank, and then be pumped to the air flotation tank for coagulation reaction, and most of the oil and suspended solids in the wastewater of soybean protein separation will be removed. At the same time, COD and ammonia nitrogen also decreased significantly. Subsequently, the biochemical combination process “hydrolysis + anaerobic + two-stage AO” was adopted, and the advanced treatment coagulation process was added at the end to ensure the stable discharge of wastewater up to the standard. The effluent can reach the following indexes: CODcr≤100mg/l, BOD5≤30mg/l, SS≤70mg/l, NH3-N≤15mg/l.
